Available to: Honorably discharged veterans and civilian veterans served with the U.S. armed forces during the time that the peacekeeping mission in Somalia occurred but who do not qualify for issuance of the Somalia Veteran plate.

Documentation Required: Proof of service.

Cost: $26.50 annual fee (initial fee is $29.80)
