Prisoner of War (POW)
Available to: Former World War I, World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War POWs, along with surviving spouses until remarriage.
Documentation Required: Certificate from U.S. Department of Defense stating the period of time the applicant was a POW. Death certificates required for spouses of deceased POWs.
Cost: None for first plate. Second plate - $26.50 annual fee (initial fee is $28.15). Subsequent plates - $26.50 annual fee (initial fee is $29.80).
