Available to: Honorably discharged veterans of Operation Inherent Resolve, active members currently serving in Operation Inherent Resolve and civilian veterans of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Documentation Required: Orders or DD214 form confirming honorable discharge, or orders or official documentation from the Army Corps of Engineers classifying the applicant as a civilian veteran.
Cost: $26.50 annual fee (initial fee is $29.80)
