Available to:  Owners or lessees of passenger motor vehicles who are Tennessee residents and are a recipient of the Coast Guard Commendation Medal. 

Documentation Required: DD214 or letter of report of separation and record of service indicatin the awarding of the Coast Guard Commendation Medal.

Cost: $26.50 annual fee (initial fee is $29.80).
