Available to: Person with spouse, parent, sibling or child currently serving in U.S. armed forces (i.e., Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard when mobilized to augment Navy, reservists and National Guard).

Documentation Required:

Proof of current service in the form of:
- current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)
- member’s military ID card
- letter from unit commander on official letterhead state family member’s current status as a member of U.S. armed forces
Written statement by service member indicating the family relationship with the registrant.

Cost: $26.50 annual fee (initial fee is $29.80)
