Nena Pace
Nena serves as tax audit manager for the Audit Division’s Refund Unit and Penalty Waiver unit where she is responsible for helping both units meet the department’s strategic goals.
Previously, Nena worked as tax auditor supervisor for Audit Division’s Penalty Waiver Unit where she assisted in the conversion of Revenue’s new software system. She joined the department of Revenue in 2012 as a tax auditor working with the Hall Income tax unit.
Nena earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and is currently working toward her MBA in accounting through Middle Tennessee State University. She is a proud graduate of the TN Department of Human Resources Accelerated Leadership Institute. In her spare time, Nena enjoys hiking in our many state parks and baking pies for friends and family.
