About This Meeting
The Tennessee Department of Human Resources will hold a meeting of the Employee Suggestion Award Program (ESAP) Board. The ESAP Board reviews employee suggestions that have been implemented and resulted in cost savings or other measurable benefits to the State of Tennessee.
The Board meets quarterly to consider eligible suggestions for cash or honorary awards. Decisions of the Board related to awards or recognition are final.
Board Membership
The Employee Suggestion Award Program Board is made up of:
- The Commissioner of the Department of Human Resources
- The Commissioner of the Department of Finance and Administration
- The Commissioner of the Department of General Services
- The Executive Director of the Fiscal Review Committee
- One member appointed by the Tennessee State Employees Association

What to Expect
During this meeting, the ESAP Board will review employee suggestions that have been implemented and evaluated for eligibility for awards or recognition. The Board will consider the information presented and determine whether awards will be granted in accordance with program guidelines.
No public comment period is provided. Participation is limited to Board members and invited presenters.

This meeting is open to the public to observe and will be conducted via Webex Webinar. Members of the public may attend virtually; however, attendance is view-only.
