Tennessee Dementia Action Collaborative (TDAC)
The Tennessee Dementia Action Collaborative (TDAC) was formed in 2022 to move efforts forward to support those with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD) and caregivers in Tennessee. TDAC members are made up of a variety of key stakeholders and were selected through a nomination and commitment agreement process. Nominations for TDAC are ongoing and additional members will be added each year. The TDAC Membership Roster lists will be updated, as appropriate.
