The TCAPES program is supported by funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). It is a collaboration between the Tennessee Department of Health, the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, the Tennessee Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatricians, Allied Behavioral Health Solutions, and the University of Tennessee-Le Bonheur Pediatric Specialists.
