CARES Act Stimulus Fund Dashboard

The data shown on this page inventories portions of the federal stimulus package and where that money is being sent in Tennessee. The filter feature can break out dollar amounts that were direct awards from the federal government and those dollars that passed through state entities. The dashboard will be updated as more information becomes available.
*HHS Provider Relief Funds are direct federal awards and Tennessee state government has no control over the amount of award, recipient or time of data release.
*The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is a loan designed to provide a direct incentive for businesses to keep their workers on the payroll and is administered by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBA released public data sets that show exact award amounts for loans less than $150,000 and are reflected as such in the dashboard. For loans greater than $150,000 the SBA only released range amounts for public consumption, and the dashboard reflects the low-end total. As the federal government releases more exact information for the loans great than $150,000, the dashboard will be updated.
*EDA Recovery Assistance refers to grants made available by the Economic Development Administration, a federal agency, and are not administered by Tennessee state government.
*Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funds and Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds are awarded by the United States Department of Education formula and guidelines.
*TDMHSAS COVID-19 Behavioral Health Care Response grant is federal funding made available by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). The awards listed in this dashboard reflect funds allocated to a recipient agency based on the primary office location of that agency. Recipient agencies may serve multiple counties as part of the grant award.
*TDMHSAS Immediate Crisis Counseling Program (ISP) grants are supported by federal FEMA disaster funds. The grants listed in this dashboard reflect funds allocated to a recipient agency based on the primary office location of that agency. Recipient agencies may serve multiple counties as part of the grant award.
