Public Participation Opportunities
- Tennessee's Abandoned Mine Land (AML) Program in the Land Reclamation Section has posted the FY25 IIJA Appendix II PAD List. The List reports areas in which the Tennessee AML Program plans to conduct AML reclamation with the 2025 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) AML funding.

The Department of Environment and Conservation will be holding a Public Hearing in order to receive comments regarding proposed amendments to the following:
Rule Chapter 0400-40-05 Individual National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits
Rule Chapter 0400-40-10 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits
