If you received a notice from the Department of Revenue and need to verify your auto liability coverage, or you need to make a payment, visit the Tennessee Insurance Verification application. Enter your license plate number and PIN.  If you need to make a payment, you will be directed to a page where you can make a payment.

Please visit the Tennessee Insurance Verification application and enter your license plate number and VIN, or vehicle identification number to check the status of your motor vehicle liability policy.  

To apply for Religious Organization Self-Insurance or Corporate Self-Insurance, please complete the appropriate application.
