Employee Suggestion Award Program

The Employee Suggestion Awards Program (ESAP) encourages employees to share ideas that improve services, increase efficiency, and reduce costs across the State of Tennessee. Employees whose suggestions are implemented may be eligible to receive monetary awards based on the impact of their ideas.

  • Earn up to 15% of the annual savings
  • Maximum award of $100,000

How to submit your ideas:  

Step 1: Open the ESAP Suggestion Microsoft Form. You must submit your suggestion on the official ESAP Suggestion Form for consideration.

Step 2: Complete the brief submission form and click "Submit". Ensure your Agency Coordinator's email is correct. Attach any supporting documents to your suggestion.

You’ll receive confirmations, status updates, and reminders at key points in the process.
