Escalation Process
Please follow these procedures below if your incident was not resolved to your satisfaction.
- Contact the STS Customer Care Center as you normally would at 615-741-1001and ask for your incident to be escalated.
- If your incident needs further escalation please ask to speak to a supervisor. The STS Customer Care Agent will connect you with a supervisor.
