Note: All members will be checked yearly for compliance.

1. Must currently operate under an active ISO 14001 certification and/or an environmental management system that conforms to ISO 14001.
2. Must have a minimum three years of exceptional environmental compliance with TDEC regulations.*

* Exceptional performance in environmental compliance and/or safety will be determined upon records review.

1. Semi-Annual Progress Report.
2. Annual pollution prevention metrics of the previous calendar year.
