Information Systems Manager
The Information Systems Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the division, as well as the agency's Information Systems Plan, coordination of I.S. needs with other agencies, budgeting and project management.
Customer Support Section
The Customer Support Section is responsible for managing the division's help desk -- providing first line support to agency staff. Other areas of responsibility include purchasing, mainframe/TOMIS connectivity, systems configuration, customer software support and end-user training.
Network Support Section
The Network Section coordinates all network planning, testing and implementation of consolidated services across the state for the Board of Parole. Additional duties include end-user account management, security, printer configuration, remote communications and RFS management.
Systems Development Section
The Systems Development Section provides application development, system development and systems analysis support to the agency. The section is also responsible for the agency's web development and maintenance.
