Grantee Manual
This manual is designed to help you better understand the responsibilities and duties that come with being a contracted community services provider of the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS). This information is provided for use by all grantees administered by TDMHSAS through a grant contract. We hope that this information provides you with guidance and clarity regarding our Department’s expectations surrounding the use of grant funds.
What’s New for FY27?
The updated Grantee Manual includes:
- Information on our updated contract execution process using Adobe Sign
- Clearer fiscal guidelines (allowability, documentation, indirect costs)
