Meeting Agenda

2026-2028 State Plan Development

o   Brief review of the current State Plan to highlight successes and identify areas for improvement.

o   Determine the committee’s key priorities and focus areas for the 2026-2028 State Plan.

Strategic Review of Committee Annual Plan

o   Evaluate this year’s activities, outcomes, and lessons learned.

o   Discuss the MLK Foundation Proposal and assess the committee’s capacity to support this project.

o   Set goals and outline work for the committee in 2025.

Corporate Social Purpose (CSP) Network Discussion

o   Provide updates on current CSP Network initiatives and progress.

o   Explore the committee’s role in supporting the expansion and sustainability of the network’s impact.

The meetings of the Volunteer Tennessee Commission are subject to the Open Meeting requirements. Commission Members may participate by electronic or telephonic means.  Under TCA Section 8-44-108, the Commission may rely on the participation of members by electronic or other means to constitute a quorum (simple majority of voting members) only upon a finding of necessity by the Commission.
