Select Tennessee: Site Development Grants

Select Tennessee’s site development grant program aids communities in transforming economic development sites to shovel-ready status. Certified sites and those that have completed a site visit with Austin Consulting are eligible for funding for infrastructure and site improvements – from clearing and grading land for site pads to water and sewer line extensions. The improvements ensure a shorter time for locating and expanding companies to begin production.

Award site improvements for 20 sites through the site development grant program.
