DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing On I-24 From SR 6 To The I-40 Westbound Ramps & Bridge Rehab On I-24 Over Spring St. & Oldham St.

·        Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on Spring Street for texture coating of the bridge and replacement of curbs. One lane will remain open.        

·        Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will alternating lane closures on I-24 in both directions for milling, paving, and cleaning parapets.  One lane will remain open in each direction.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, ITS Maintenance on I-24

·        Nightly, 9PM-6AM, There will be a right lane closure on I-24 eastbound ramp to Briley Parkway east MM 43 to remove poles and bases that are no longer in use. There will be a shoulder closure on I-24 westbound at MM 56 at the off ramp to Harding Place to remove poles and bases.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, ITS Maintenance on I-40

·        Nightly, 9PM-6AM, There will be a right lane closure on I-40 westbound at MM 202.9 to remove poles and bases that are no longer in use.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, ITS Maintenance on I-65

·        Nightly, 9PM-6AM, There will be a shoulder closure on I-65 southbound from MM 74.8 at the beginning of the ramp to Old Hickory Blvd. to remove poles and bases that are no longer in use. There will be a shoulder closure on I-65 southbound at MM 96.5 after Long Hollow Pike before Rivergate to remove poles and perform services.

 

DAVIDSON and WILLIAMSON COUNTY, On-Call Signing

·        Nightly, 8PM-6AM, There will be inside lane closures in both directions on I-65 as needed, to replace and modify the existing HOV signs.  The lane closures will be placed for 2 mile sections at a time.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, The Improvement Of The Intersection On SR 1 (US 70S) At McCrory Lane & The CSX Railroad (L.M. 0.99)

·        Daily (excluding weekends), 9AM-3:30PM, There will be alternating lane closures on US 70 for paving, signals, and miscellaneous work.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Grading, Drainage, Signals, & Paving on US 41 From Vultee Blvd. To Jupiter Drive (L.M. 22.50-22.96)

·        Daily, 7AM-3PM, There will be a lane closure for installation of 8' main gas line. At least one lane will remain open.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, ITS Maintenance on SR-155 (Briley Parkway)

·        Nightly, 9PM-6AM, There will be a left lane closure on SR155 westbound at MM 17.3 to remove poles and basins. There will be a shoulder closure on SR155 eastbound at the MM 15B off ramp to Dickerson Pike.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, The repair of the slope located west of the roundabout on Two Rivers Parkway at SR 155, including replacement of storm drainage structures (L.M. 9.89)

·        Through May 2018, The exit lane of Gaylord Drive to the Two Rivers roundabout will be closed. Also, the westbound entrance to Gaylord Drive will be closed to repair the slope and to replace storm drainage structures on Two Rivers Drive.   

·        Daily, 9AM-3PM,  There will be alternating lane closures on Two Rivers for clearing, grubbing, sawing concrete barrier rail and preparing the concrete island for the new traffic pattern.

·        Friday, April 6 through Sunday, April 8, The westbound off ramp and on ramp of Briley Parkway to Two Rivers will be closed. Detours will be in place.


DAVIDSON COUNTY, Intersection Improvements on SR 6 (Franklin Road) at SR 255 (Harding Place/Battery Lane)

·        Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on SR 6 for boring and to install the traffic lights. One lane will remain open in each direction.

·        Saturday, April 7, 7AM-5PM, There will be lane closures on SR 6 for boring and to install traffic lights. One lane will remain open in each direction.       

 

DAVIDSON and SUMNER COUNTY, ITS Maintenance on SR-386 (Vietnam Veterans Parkway)

·        Nightly, 9PM-6AM, There will be a lane closure on Vietnam Veterans SR 386 from MM 1.5 to MM 2.4 at the beginning of the off ramp to Center Point Rd. to remove poles and bases that are no longer in use.

 

MAURY COUNTY, The repair of bridges on S.R.246 over Craters Creek and Mayhorn Branch

·        Tuesday, April 3 and Wednesday April 4, 8AM-3PM, There will be temporary lane closures on SR 246 for shoulder widening - removal, installation of hot-mix for extra width and striping operations.

 

MAURY COUNTY, Construction of a new interchange including a concrete bulb-tee beam bridge and paving on SR-166 at US 43 (SR 6) in Mount Pleasant

·        Daily (excluding weekends), 7AM-3PM, There will be lane closures in both directions on US-43 for blasting operations.

 

ROBERTSON COUNTY, Construction of new interchange on I-65 at SR 109

·        From now through April 2018, The inside lane on I-65 northbound at MM 121 will be closed for removal of existing median wall and construction of new overhead signs. Two lanes will remain open in each direction.

·        Thursday, April 5 and Friday, April 6, 9AM-3PM, There will be temporary lane closures on I-65 southbound for pothole repair at MM 118 near the Kentucky state line. One lane will remain open. Drivers should expect delays.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, The grading, drainage, construction of a concrete I-beam bridge, signals and paving on SR 96 from Veterans Pkwy (LM 6.08) to east of Overall Creek (LM 6.42)

·        Daily, 9AM-3:30PM, One lane will be shut down on SR 96 for clearing of trees.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, The resurfacing on SR 266 from I-24 Interchange (LM 0.00) to Threet Industrial Blvd (LM 3.33)

·        Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 266 for milling operations. One lane will remain open in each direction.

 

RUTHERFORD, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, The on-call cable barrier repair on various Interstate and State Routes

·        Daily, 8AM-4PM,  There will be a temporary lane closures on I-840 in both directions between MM 14 and 66 to install cable barrier.

 

RUTHERFORD, WILSON COUNTY, The Resurfacing of I-840 with OGFC from East Fork Stones River Bridge in Rutherford County to just North of the Wilson County line

·        Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be a nightly ramp closures on I-840 in both directions at Exit 61 for saw cutting of deteriorated concrete.

 

SMITH COUNTY, Rockfall Mitigation on SR 25 (L.M. 8.5)

·        Daily, 9AM-2PM, There will be a temporary road closure on SR 25 for blasting operations. This operation should take no more than 30 minutes.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Grading, Drainage, and Paving Work on SR 6 (Franklin Road) from south of Moores Lane (L.M. 15.93) to Concord Road (18.53)

·        Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating temporary lane closures and/or intermittent stoppages for less than 15 minutes for blasting between the hours of 10AM and 2PM on SR 6 in both directions. There will also be flagging operations, striping from Willowick to Holly Tree Gap, and setting barrier wall from Long Street to West Concord and Ashby to Ellendale.  

·        Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be temporary lane closures north and south of Moore's Lane for utility work. One lane will remain open in each direction.

DAVIDSON COUNTY

Nightly, 8PM-5AM, As weather permits, there will be two lanes closed on I-24 westbound between Hickory Hollow Pkwy and Harding Pl. for milling and paving work. Two lanes will remain open.

 

Wednesday, April 4, 9PM-5AM, The ramp from I-24 westbound to I-40 westbound towards downtown (MM 52) will be closed for approximately five hours between 9PM and 5AM for milling and paving operations. Check smartway.tn.gov for real-time traffic information and cameras.

 

Daily, 9AM-3PM, The ramp from I-65 southbound to Long Hollow Pike (MM 97) will be closed for milling and paving work.

 

Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be a lane closure on I-40 westbound I-65N/I-24W split for bridge repair (MM 207). At least one lane will remain open at all times.

 

Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be a lane closure on I-40 eastbound at the I-40E/I-24E split for bridge repair (MM 213). At least one lane will remain open at all times.

 

Daily (excluding weekends) 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 100 at Pasquo Road for replacing storm drainage and installation of conduit for traffic signals, along with paving work. Traffic control will be utilized. One lane will remain open.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY

Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be a lane closure on SR 10 in both directions at LM 7.4 for miscellaneous operations.

 

Sunday, April 8, 6AM-2PM, There will be lane closures on I-24 in both directions in the HOV lanes for S&W Electric to preform maintenance on interstate lights.

 

Sunday, April 8, 5AM-7AM, There will be a lane closure on I-840 at Joe Brown Road for AT&T utility work.

 

SUMNER COUNTY

Thursday, April 5 through Saturday, April 7, 9AM-3PM, There will be a right lane closure on SR 174 eastbound intersection to SR 386 for installation of a turning lane.  There will be a right lane closure on SR 386 eastbound for installation of right-in, right out. The left lane eastbound will also be closed for installation of concrete median in existing lane. The lane closure will alternate between the left and right lanes.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY

Daily starting Tuesday, April 9, 9AM-3PM, On SR 106 (Lewisburg Pike) at South Margin Street there will be lane closures for island and stop condition installation.

 

WILSON COUNTY

Daily, 9AM-2:30PM, There will be rolling roadblocks on SR 109 between Callis Road and I-40 for rock blasting/excavation for THE VENUE Project.

 

Friday, April 6, 9AM-3PM, There will be a lane closure in both directions on I-840 for taking core samples of bridge decks. One lane will remain open in each direction.

 

Motorists are encouraged to use caution and obey reduced speed limits in all TDOT work zones, regardless of lane closure activity.  Information in this report is provided to the Department of Transportation by the contractors.  Most work is weather dependent and subject to change due to inclement weather.
