ANDERSON COUNTY, I-75 North and South between Mile Markers 122 and 130: Motorists should be alert for possible nightly lane closures on Sundays through Thursdays between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution in this area.

ANDERSON COUNTY, I-75 Northbound Ramp at Exit 129: On Wednesday, August 24, 2016, Exit 129 from I-75 northbound will be closed between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. as crews perform environmental cleanup work from a previous truck accident.  Motorists should use Exit 128 during this time to access US 25W.  Motorists should use extreme caution in this area.

BLOUNT COUNTY, US 129 Alcoa Highway at Topside Road: Motorists should be alert for lane shifts and possible lane closures nightly through this intersection improvement project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.

CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 North and South between Mile Markers 135 and 140: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this project. Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, narrowed lanes, closed shoulders and use caution as crews construct truck climbing lanes through this area.  Motorists should be alert for slowed or stopped traffic, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.  

CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 North and South near Mile Marker 141: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures nightly, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this bridge repair project.

CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 North and South between Mile Markers 145 and 148: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this project. Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, narrowed lanes, closed shoulders and use caution as crews construct truck climbing lanes through this area.  Motorists should be alert for slowed or stopped traffic, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.

HAMBLEN COUNTY, SR 160 at Merchants Greene: Motorists should be alert for lane shifts near this intersection. Motorists should expect possible rolling roadblocks and short duration traffic stops as crews perform bridge construction. HANCOCK COUNTY, SR 33 between Alder Road and the Virginia State Line: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures during daylight hours through this resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

HANCOCK COUNTY, SR 70 between the Hawkins County Line and the Virginia State Line: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures during daylight hours through this resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, SR 66 between Log Mile 0.0 and 6.0: Motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures during daylight hours through this roadway safety project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-40 East and West between Mile Markers 386 and 388: Beginning Sunday, August 21, 2016, motorists should be alert for possible nightly lane closures through this resurfacing project on Sundays through Thursdays between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning. Motorists should be alert for workers present, slowed traffic and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-640 West between Mile Markers 7.5 and 5: On Sunday, August 21, 2016, motorists should be alert for a possible lane closures westbound approaching Mile Marker 6 between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform bridge work. Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, closed shoulders, reduced speeds and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, SR 62 (Oak Ridge Hwy. /Western Ave.) between Schaad Road and I-640: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures throughout this widening project.  Motorists traveling in this area should be alert for workers and equipment present and be alert for changing traffic conditions and use caution through this area. KNOX COUNTY, SR 33 Maynardville Highway between Temple Acres Drive and the Union County Line:  Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures with flagging personnel present at various times as work continues through this widening project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, traffic shifts and use extreme caution in this area.

KNOX COUNTY, SR 33 Maynardville Highway between Afton Drive and Emory Road:  Motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns and lane shifts through this project. Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures at various times as work continues through this construction project. Motorists should use extreme caution and pay close attention to signs and other traffic control devices in this area.

KNOX COUNTY, US 129/SR 115 Alcoa Highway between Maloney Road and Woodson Drive: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures and brief rolling roadblocks at various times through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, reduce speed and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, SR 158 Neyland Drive between SR 1 and I-40: Motorists should be alert for possible nightly lane closures on Sundays through Thursdays between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.

KNOX COUNTY, SR 332 South Northshore Drive between Lyons View Pike and Erin Drive: Motorists should be alert for a possible right lane closure in the northbound direction daily between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. as KUB contractors perform utility work in this area. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays and use caution through this area.

LOUDON COUNTY, US 321/SR 73 between SR 2 and City Park Drive: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and lane shifts at various times through this project. MONROE COUNTY, SR 68 between the Polk County Line and Hot Water Road: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures daily during daylight hours through this resurfacing project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.

MORGAN/ROANE COUNTY, US27/SR29 between Whetstone Road and SR 61:  Motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns, closed shoulders and possible temporary lane closures with flagging personnel present at various times throughout this construction project. Motorists should be alert for reduced speeds and use extreme caution in this area.

ROANE COUNTY, I-40 East and West between Mile Markers 350 and 352: On Sunday, August 21, 2016 through Thursday, August 25, 2016, motorists should be alert for possible nightly lane closures through this area between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform bridge repairs and complete installation of pavement markings through this bridge repair and resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, slowed traffic and use extreme caution through this area.

ROANE COUNTY, SR 29 underneath I-40 at Exit 350: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures during daylight hours in this area as crews complete overhead bridge work.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution in this area.

SEVIER COUNTY, SR 35 near Myers Hollow Road: Through Friday, August 12, 2016, motorists should be alert for lane closures in both directions between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. as crews replace cross drains in this area.  These lane closures may possibly extend into the overnight hours.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.

UNION COUNTY, SR 33 Bridge over Clinch River (Norris Lake): Motorists should be alert for temporary traffic shifts and narrowed lanes approaching and exiting the bridge in both directions.  Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. as crews perform work in this area. Motorists should remain alert for workers present as crews complete this bridge construction project.  Motorists are advised to use extreme caution in this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, I-26 between Mile Markers 22 and 23: Motorists should be alert for shoulder closures as utility crews perform work in this area.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.
