Openings Planned for I-40/I-240 Interchange Project

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Tennessee Department of Transportation will host a media availability on the new I-40 eastbound flyover.  During the event, media will be able to drive onto the new flyover prior to the flyover opening to traffic. TDOT Commissioner John Schroer and other TDOT officials will be on site for questions.

When:                  Friday, August 28 at 1:00 p.m.

Where:                 I-40 eastbound flyover

Media will be able to access the new flyover by coming I-40 east and staying in the left lane approaching the new interchange. TDOT HELP will be there to assist.
