Advanced Commitment of IMPROVE Act Funds
Advanced Commitment of IMPROVE Act Funds Eligible transit providers may also wish to apply for an "Advanced Commitment" of IMPROVE Act Funds to strengthen their Federal discretionary grant applications by reducing the overall Federal match level. An Advanced Commitment Request Form can be submitting on a rolling basis throughout the year. All Advanced Commitments are at the sole discretion of the Commissioner at TDOT.
