U.S. Department of Justice – Title II ADA Regulations                                                                                                     Enforces ADA Title II for state and local governments, including transportation agencies. Oversees nondiscrimination requirements for programs, services, and infrastructure. 

U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT)    
Provides oversight to ensure transportation programs and recipients of federal funds comply with ADA Title II and Section 504. Offers policy guidance and enforcement.

Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) – ADA Resources                                                                                         Regulates ADA and Section 504 compliance in highway and pedestrian facilities funded by federal dollars. Offers technical guidance on curb ramps, pedestrian signals, and rights-of-way.

Federal Transit Administration (FTA) – ADA Circular                                                                                                       Ensures ADA compliance in public transportation systems, including fixed-route and paratransit services, vehicles, and facilities. Provides detailed guidance for transit operators.

U.S. Access Board                                                                                                                                                                           Develops accessibility guidelines and standards for buildings, facilities, transportation, and public rights-of-way. Provides technical assistance and enforces the Architectural Barriers Act.

Tennessee Civil Rights Enforcement Division                                                                                                                     Investigates discrimination in housing, employment, public accommodations, and education. 

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)                                                                                                     Enforces federal laws prohibiting employment discrimination, including disability-related workplace accommodations.
