100 Years of Moving Tennessee Forward: 1915-2015

On July 1, 2014, TDOT began celebrating its 100th year as a state agency. Over the course of a year, TDOT took a closer look at its history, accomplishments, and commitment to keep Tennessee moving forward, and reminisced about the history of highways in Tennessee through pictures, videos, anecdotes, and activities. The celebration concluded on July 1, 2015, in grand style with a granite marker placed in view of the state capital with a time capsule buried underneath. Here's to the next 100 years!
