Current Request for Proposal (RFP) procurement opportunities through the State of  Tennessee Real Estate Asset Management (STREAM)

Below are the current procurement opportunities through STREAM. Qualified vendors are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the documents.

Only information relating to these procurements will be posted on this page. Please note that documents may be updated at any time with relevant amendments and posted here, so check this page frequently.

Proposals should be submitted in the specified format. For Cost Proposals, please submit BOTH:

• A signed PDF of the Cost Proposal (official version); and
• A completed excel file (excel file has been posted on this page)

Please be sure to review all deadlines and submission instructions carefully. Refer ALL questions about posted documents to the Procurement Officer identified in the procurement document.
