Victoria Cooper is an Evidence Coordinator for the Office of Evidence and Impact. She partners with agencies to develop and maintain the program inventory and supports with the evidence-based budgeting process.

Before joining OEI, Victoria served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and Information Professional, serving on ships in Norfolk, VA and Mayport, FL. She also served for commands in New Orleans for here last four years. She still serves in the Navy Reserve. Victoria holds her MPA from the University of New Orleans, and her B.A. in History in Latin American studies from Tulane University.
