Kyle Welch serves as the Data Governance & Operations Coordinator for the Office of Evidence and Impact. Kyle acts as a project manager for multiple data governance, sharing, and analytics processes and efforts, and he supports OEI’s engagement efforts to expand the use of evidence and data across state departments.

Prior to joining OEI, Kyle worked in a range of data sectors, including retail and healthcare, and in public libraries and archives. Kyle holds an M.S. in Information Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a B.A. in Russian and Communication from Tulane University.
