The Department of Disability and Aging (DDA) extends its congratulations on your agency’s formal credentialing to provide Medicaid Waiver services. As part of the required onboarding process, all newly credentialed providers must attend a New Provider Orientation class. These classes are conducted monthly in each DDA region. The orientation dates are listed on the DDA Regional Orientation Calendar below.
Attendance Requirements
Newly credentialed providers are required to participate in a New Provider Orientation class. Attendance is mandatory for the chief executive officer, executive director, board chair, or any administrator responsible for executing contractual obligations and overseeing agency operations.
Existing providers with a newly appointed executive director or newly assigned management staff responsible for daily contract operations are also required to attend. Additional staff, including program managers, are welcome to participate.
Registration Procedures
To secure your attendance, please select an orientation date from the DDA Regional Orientation Calendar. For your convenience, you may register for any region listed on the calendar. After selecting your date, contact one of the designated Staff Reservation Contacts. Registration must be completed no later than two weeks prior to the chosen orientation date.

Additionally, once a provider receives a credentialing letter, a DDA global administrator will reach out to establish a Relias Agency Administrator and set up a Relias Functionality virtual training.
