Tarver has donated vehicles, water, and hydration drinks to local Fire & Rescue and sent truckloads of water to communities affected by disasters like Hurricane Helene and the Nashville flood. The company supports youth sports by providing water for football teams and offering discounted rates for school concessions. Tarver serves on the Board for the regional Boys & Girls Club, assisting with Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. The company meets needs within its service area and beyond, offering equipment, water, and trucks for transport. Tarver Distributing has been in business for half a century, supporting its local community without seeking recognition.

Middle Division - Business

Holloman Solutions is a one-person IT business led by Ray Holloman, who is deeply engaged with Metro Nashville Public Schools’ Academies of Nashville (AON). Ray introduces hundreds of high school students to potential IT careers through job shadow days, field trips, and other activities, helping them gain focus and direction for a future of financial and personal independence. Ray also leads business engagement in Metro Schools, serving as the chair of the IT advisor board and a member of the AON Partnership Council, impacting over 200 students directly each year and thousands more through broader leadership. Before starting his own business, Ray learned the value of giving back while working at HCA, and he continues to provide that level of commitment through Holloman Solutions. 

Tennessee Correctional Services West
West Division - Business

Tennessee Correctional Services West (TCSW), owned by Stacy Miller, impacts West Tennessee communities through essential volunteer services and offender supervision. TCSW offers Pre-trial, Diversion, Regular Supervision, Curfew Monitoring, and Community Service Work Programs, promoting accountability and personal growth. They also provide Mentoring, Risk & Needs Assessments, Employment Services, and Recovery and Veterans Court Team participation. TCSW is involved in volunteer programs with WhyNot Food Ministries, Veterans Recovery Court, and the Tennessee Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence. They participate in The Justice Clearinghouse and various professional associations, demonstrating leadership in criminal justice reform. TCSW collaborates with local organizations like the City of Jackson’s Mayors' Advisory Council on Domestic and Sexual Violence and the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network. Their dedication to rehabilitation and community support builds safer, stronger communities across West Tennessee
