Move Over, Slow Down

In 2016, the Tennessee Department of Transportation lost three workers in the line of duty. All three were struck by passing motorists. Those tragedies bring the total number of TDOT lives lost to 112. We don’t want to lose another member of our TDOT family.

That’s why we’re launching a new safety campaign – and we’re asking you to WORK WITH US.

Whether they’re patching potholes or helping someone change a flat tire, our employees deserve a safe place to work. It’s simple. Pay attention, slow down, and move over for all vehicles with flashing lights.
