Our Vision: The vision of the Workforce Board is to increase the competitive position of Tennessee businesses and attract new businesses through the development of a highly skilled workforce. Our Members: The board consists of 33 members from various industries across Tennessee, local governments, and state agencies. Our Dedication: Each member was chosen to serve on the board because their experience and unique perspective can help guide the future of Tennessee's Workforce Development System.
