PAC Fee Reinstated for 2026

Effective January 1, 2026, the Annual PAC Registration Fee will be reinstated. (T.C.A. 2-10-117). The Annual PAC Registration fee is $150. All PAC Fees must be paid by January 31^st. Instructions for submitting payment of the Registration Fee will be sent to all registered PACs in late December or early January. For any PAC registering after January 31^st, payment of the Registration Fee will be due upon registration.
