Tax Exempt Organizations Filing Deadlines

Any tax exempt organization required to file campaign financial disclosure reports with the Registry of Election Finance pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. 2-10-132, as amended by Public Chapter 1087 (2022), must do so on the following schedule for the remainder of the election year in which filing is required.

2nd Quarter - Due 7/10/2024

The report will cover the following period:

• April 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024

Pre-Primary - Due 7/25/2024

The report will cover the following period:

• July 1, 2024 through July 22, 2024

3rd Quarter - Due 10/10/2024

The report will cover the following period:

• July 23, 2024 through September 30, 2024

Pre-General - Due 10/29/2024

The report will cover the following period:

• October 1, 2024 through October 26, 2024

 

4th Quarter - Due 1/27/2025

The report will cover the following period:

• October 27, 2024 through January 15, 2025
