Rural Hospital Transformation Plans

Originating from the Tennessee Rural Hospital Transformation Act of 2018, the program is designed to provide rural hospitals with technical assistance and strategic plans to preserve health care services in rural Tennessee communities. Recipients receive consulting services from Navigant Consulting, LLC. in collaboration with the local hospital and stakeholders, Navigant Consulting identifies new delivery models, strategic partnerships and operational changes that will enable the continuation of health care services.
