FastTrack Projects Pending Contract

Access Project Data for FastTrack Grants Announced But Pending Contract

The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD) is committed to an open and transparent government. This searchable database is designed to better assist the public in accessing project data for FastTrack grants with pending contracts.

Projects listed below are subject to all required approvals including but not limited to: approval by the State Funding Board pursuant to T.C.A. § 4-3-717(e) for FastTrack projects that exceed $750,000 per eligible business within a three-year period; applicable approvals by local governments; and approval of grant contracts by the Central Procurement Office, Department of Finance and Administration, and Comptroller of the Treasury.

Beginning May 15, 2019, this resource includes located projects that have one or more pending FastTrack grants. Projects located with a pending FastTrack grant are posted to this database within 30 days of their announcement.

“Incentivized Jobs” are the jobs TNECD plans to incentivize with a FastTrack grant. “New Jobs” are the total new jobs the company plans to create in connection with the project.
