NEW UPDATES-Read first: ALL SCHOOLS APPROVED FOR THE GI Bill® (GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)) must follow the following instructions prior to submitting catalog for continuing approval. If these requirements are not followed, the catalog will be sent back for further updates.
ALL CATALOGS MUST include the following statement

1. The date on which payment from VA is made to the institution.
2. 90 days after the date the institution certified tuition and fees following the receipt of the certificate of eligibility.
(School Name) will not impose any penalty, including the assessment of late fees, the denial of access to classes, libraries, or other institutional facilities, or the requirement that a covered individual borrow additional funds, on any covered individual because of the individual’s inability to meet his or her financial obligations to the institution due to the delayed disbursement funding from VA under chapter 31 or 33.

When filling out SAA 1 and 2 forms, ALL CURRENT PROGRAMS OF STUDY MUST BE COMPARED TO THE MOST RECENT WEAMS 22-1998. EVERY ACTIVE program of study listed on the 22-1998 MUST be listed on the SAA 1 or 2 form. Every program MUST provide the program’s most current status (continuing, new, teach out, withdrawn). Any changes to the programs listed on the 22-1998 must include the effective date of the change. All withdrawn programs must be included and listed toward the bottom of the list on the SAA forms.
