Academic Policies, Checklists and Forms

In January 2024, THEC approved a revised Academic Policy A1.0. The New Academic Programs Letter of Notification and Program Proposal checklists have been amended to align with the revised policy. Program proposals received on and after August 1, 2024 should align to the new checklist when possible, though flexibility for individual institutional board policies and processes will continue. The Pre-2024 and Post-2024 checklists and submission links are below.
