The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) intends to host a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)/ Design Public Meeting for the proposed State Route 28 (U.S. Highway 127) Improvements Project, which begins at Little Road and ends at the improved four-lane section approximately three miles north of Grimsley in Fentress County, Tennessee. Additionally, this meeting will give notice of the Federal Highway Administration’s intent to file a Determination of Section 4(f) de minimis use related to minor project impacts associated with South Fentress Community Park. The Public Meeting will also provide the public the opportunity to review and comment on the proposed Section 4(f) de minimis determination.
