March 20, 2026 Letting
Beginning with the March 20th, 2026 Letting, TDOT will begin using Bid Express’s new Web Enhanced Bidding experience. A summary of changes users will experience is available HERE. It is highly recommended that contractors intending to submit bids as prime familiarize themselves with the new layout in advance of the letting.
