Transit Funding Opportunities
TDOT provides a variety of funding opportunities for public transit agencies throughout the year. Below is a list of active and upcoming opportunities.
TDOT's Section 5310 Call for Projects is now open. We are seeking applications for Rolling Stock Projects from Non-Profit Organizations, Local Governmental Authorities, and Public Transit Agencies located in Small Urban and Rural areas of Tennessee. Public Transit Providers are also eligible to apply for Mobility Management Projects. For more information and to apply, visit the 5310 Program page.
The IMPROVE Transit Investment Grant Program Call for Projects is now open. Eligible recipients are Public Transit Agenices that are recipients of FTA Section 5311 or FTA Section 5307 funds. For more information, visit the IMPROVE Program page.
