NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is advancing an historic proposal for the I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes project, featuring a $24.8 billion public-private partnership (P3) investment. If finalized, the investment could provide a transformational source of transportation funding to help address infrastructure needs across Tennessee.
