The Director of Alternative Delivery develops and leads high performing teams to successfully deliver complex or fast-track projects, aligning technical direction, organizational structure, and budgets with the department's strategic vision. Innovative contracting methods employed include Design-Build (DB), Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC), Progressive Design-Build (PDB). Additional responsibilities include the implementation of collaborative strategies aimed at managing, measuring, and reporting, all to achieve results-driven performance.
