The Sports Wagering Council (“SWC”) is responsible for regulating online sports wagering and fantasy sports in Tennessee. The SWC is charged with overseeing the license and registration process for online sports wagering operators and vendors and fantasy sports operators, as well as monitoring and enforcing operators’ and industry vendors’ compliance with the Tennessee Sports Gaming Act, the Tennessee Fantasy Sports Act, and the related rules.
If you observe a Sports Wagering Council member or employee of the Sports Wagering Council engaging in any activity which you consider to be illegal, improper or wasteful, please call the State Comptroller's Toll-Free Hotline: 1.800.232.5454
You may also confidentially report any activity which you consider to be illegal, improper or wasteful to the SWC Audit Committee by emailing SWC.AuditCommittee@tn.gov.
