Fantasy Sports Self-Exclusion
Tennessee does not currently offer a centralized self-exclusion program that applies to all licensed fantasy sports operators. If you wish to self-exclude, you must request exclusion directly from the individual fantasy operator as set forth below:

Patrons can self-exclude through the app (navigate to the Account/Wallet section, scroll to Player Protection and select “Gaming Limits,” select “Self-Exclusion” and choose a duration, verify identity and click “self-exclude”) or email support@betr.app.
Certamen Games, LLC (dba Splash Sports)
Patrons can self-exclude on the website or app (navigate to “Responsible Gaming” at the bottom of either and click on the “self-exclusion” link).
Dabble Sports, LLC
Patrons can self-exclude through the app (navigate to “Settings” in the top right corner, click “self-exclude,” then click “activate self-exclusion”) or email support@dabble.com.
DK Crown Holdings Inc. (DraftKings Fantasy)
Patrons can self-exclude through the app or website (navigate to Responsible Gaming Center (click “RG” shield logo or go to Account Center), click “Self-Exclusion” under the “Breaks” section, select desired exclusion duration, click “Submit Self-Exclusion,” enter password, and click “Confirm”), via chatbot via DK Help Center, leave a voicemail at (855) 357-2377, mail a request to DraftKings Customer Support, 222 Berkeley St. Boston, MA 02116, or via X (aka Twitter) by contacting @DK_Assist.

Patrons can self-exclude through the app or website (navigate to “Responsible Play, “ select “Self-Exclusion” under “User Tools,” submit the request, choose an exclusion period, and complete an attestation) or contact customer service to request an exclusion.

Patrons can self-exclude through the app (navigate to “Self-Exclusion and Limits on Play”) or email support@fastdraft.com.
FFPC, LLC (Fantasy Football Players Championship)
Patrons can self-exclude by navigating to the “my account” page and selecting to close their account for life or a set period.
FlexBets Fantasy Sports Arena, Inc.
Patrons can self-exclude through the FlexBets app by navigating to the main menu, selecting the “Responsible Gaming” section, and scrolling down to “Self-Exclude” under the Timeouts heading. Choose a desired duration, verify your identity and acknowledgment, then click the “Acknowledge & Continue” button. Alternatively, patrons can email support@flexbets.io from their registered email address to request an exclusion.

Patrons can self-exclude through the website (navigate to “Responsible Play” icon and select "User Lockout"), app (click on the “Responsible Play” menu option on the slide-out menu and select "User Lockout"), or email suppport@ownersbox.com.

Patrons can self-exclude in the Responsible Gaming tab, available from the main menu of the app or website (select the desired period and click “save”).

Patrons can self-exclude via the app and website (navigate to “My Account,” click “Settings,” click “Self-exclusion Request,” select a timeframe under “Suspension Duration,” select “I acknowledge that my access to Yahoo Sports Paid Fantasy will be…,” and click “Suspend my account for [timeframe]”).
