Dandridge School Lofts

The Dandridge School Lofts project involves transforming a long-abandoned 1927 schoolhouse into affordable housing. The $11.5 million renovation preserved much of the original structure while addressing extensive damage. The 23,500 sq. ft. building will feature 38 units, common areas, and amenities. The project is expected to boost economic development by creating construction jobs, increasing local spending, and attracting new residents.
