IDEA Instruction Grant State and Local Governments; the land must be publicly owned, or be acquired for public ownership as a component of the grant project. Tennessee Housing Trust Fund - Competitive Grants Program Public and Not-for-Profit Organizations that provide, or propose to provide, afterschool educational programs within Tennessee may apply for these funds. Property Evaluation Program Section 5311 recipients (8 Human Resource Agencies, 1 Development District, 2 City Governments), TDOT Non-Federal entities (as defined in 2 CFR §200.69) who have DUNS numbers and are registered in System for Award Management (SAM) are eligible to apply: Institutions of higher education (2 CFR §200.54), Local governments (2 CFR §200.64), and Nonprofit organizations (2 CFR §200.70). The Airport Improvement Program (AIP) provides grants to public-use airports for planning and development purposes. Historically Black Colleges and Universities in Tennessee Charter Schools Facilities Grant - Direct bworthington@thda.org In response to the appropriation of funds in FY 2020 by Governor Bill Lee and the Tennessee General Assembly to TDMHSAS for the support of the Tennessee Creating Homes Initiative, the THDA Board of Directors approved a one-time allocation of $3.0 million to expand permanent recovery housing options for individuals recovering from an Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Setting Students Up For Success Title IV-A Comprehensive cancer control is a strategic approach to preventing or minimizing the impact of cancer in communities. It involves state and local health departments, state, local and community organizations, researchers, health care providers, decision makers, cancer survivors and their families, and many others all coming together to find and agree upon ways to address cancer concerns in their communities. TNECD will work with the local officials to identify eligible needs for a project, such as water, sewer, rail, gas, electric, roadway, telecommunications or other site improvements. Pathway Lending Energy Efficiency Loan Program School Improvement DPSIG 2 The competitive grant program, which will be funded by the VW Settlement EMT, will provide financial assistance to public, non-profit, and private fleets in Tennessee that apply to replace eligible Medium or Large Trucks with any new diesel, Alternate Fueled or All-Electric Medium or Large Truck. Additionally, fleets may also apply to Repower Medium or Large Trucks with any new diesel, Alternate Fueled, or All-Electric engine. The State Administrative Agency (SAA) is the only entity eligible to submit HSGP applications to DHS/FEMA. The aviation field is broad and diverse, and includes pilots of manned and unmanned aircraft, mechanics, engineers, planners, airport managers, and many other roles within commercial aviation. The purpose of the Aviation Outreach and Education Program is to promote aviation throughout Tennessee and influence Tennesseans to pursue aviation education, careers, and activities in the state. Federal funds to install warning devices, such as train-activated flashing lights, automatic gates, and warning bells. Also provide various other safety improvements at existing crossings and to assist in the closure of unneeded crossings. Eligible applicants are TN cities and counties, and projects must be located along a State Route. Support for presenting touring performing artists and groups for events and festivals in communities across the state, including in rural counties. Eligible applicants include both Government and Non-Government entities. School Buses eligible for replacement include 2009 engine model year or older Class 4-8 diesel School Buses (with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating greater than 14,001 lbs.) sold or introduced into interstate commerce for purposes that include carrying students to and from school or related events. Eligible School Buses may include Type A-D School Buses. Eligible School Buses to be replaced under this program must be Scrapped within 60 days of new vehicle delivery.
Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs is a seven-year descretionary federal grant program, aiming to increase the number of low-income, first generation students who graduate from high school to enroll in college. Coordinated School Health Assistance to States for the Education of Children with Disabilities and Preschools Grants for Children with Disabilities As a result of Governor Lee’s commitment of $12 million to the state’s Charter School Facilities Fund, the Charter School Facilities Grant offers Tennessee charter schools access to funding to improve or build educational facilities. Grant monies are issued in two installments, including a non-competitive manner based on total enrollment and a competitive grant based on evidence of high student achievement. Psychiatric program consisting of consultation, psychiatric services, and crisis management for individuals residing in two behavior respite homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities located in Bolivar, Tennessee Block Grant JAG/Bryne Justice Assistance Grant Program Tennessee Halfway Houses that operate:
i. No less than sixty (60) residential beds monthly with occupancy at no less than ninety-seven percent (97%) per month, or if a halfway house with less than 60 beds, must provide non-residential day reporting services, serving no less than two-hundred (200) adults monthly;
ii. Must provide safe and secure treatment facilities. Treatment must include moral reconation therapy, and domestic and family counseling; and
iii. Must assist with transportation to and from work, mental health, or medical appointments for each of its residents.

Energy Efficient Schools Initiative WIOA provides for a workforce system that is accessible to all job seekers, customer centered, and training that is job-driven. The workforce system delivers career and training services at the nation's nearly 2,500 American Job Centers. The Adult, Dislocated Worker, and ES programs provide training and employment services in the American Job Center network, and are required partners under the law. Under WIOA, partner programs and entities that are jointly responsible for workforce and economic development, educational, and other human resource programs, collaborate to create a seamless customer-focused American Job Center network that integrates service delivery across all programs to make it easier for workers to access the services they need to obtain skills and employment.
