Cordell Hotel

This project consists of renovating the Cordell Hotel. The renovations will consist of thoughtfully restored rooms, creation of a grand staircase and lobby bar, and a speakeasy-style space, adding a layer of intrigue. Because of the Cordell hotel's proximity to Tennessee state parks, lake marinas, and other outdoor recreational opportunities, it will serve as a gateway to surrounding adventure while celebrating its past. This hotel is expected to create 10-12 permanent jobs, as well as 12-15 jobs from the associated restaurant, and involves $6-7 million in capital investment.
