NASHVILLE--Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions Commissioner Greg Gonzales announced today that the maximum effective formula rate of interest in Tennessee is 11.50 percent per annum. NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Approximately 150 Soldiers and Airmen from the Tennessee National Guard departed Tennessee, January 17, to join the nearly 8,000 National Guardsmen from across the U.S. preparing to support the 60th Presidential Inauguration on January 20.
