Closing of THRC and Transition of TN Civil Rights Enforcement - June 30, 2025
The Tennessee Human Rights Commission will be closing on June 30, 2025. Civil Rights enforcement duties will transfer to the Attorney General's Office and Title VI compliance duties will transfer to the Department of Human Resources on July 1, 2025.
